I parked in a legitimate space last Monday in Homefield Road, with both blue badges displayed correclty.  I got a ticket, and this has never happened before. On whatgrounds should I appeal?  Apparently, even disabled people have to pay between the hours of 2pm and 3pm, even though there is no sign or marking anywhere to say a disabled person cannot park there. 

my dad has had this problem in our road and he had to go to the town hall and complane about it to the person in charged. Sorry but donot know the name.

we should all boycot parking, stop driving, buy bikes and use the trains!!
